Tvrďák Košice – Have fun, join in, experience

Tvrďák Košice is a 5km course full of obstacles that you will really enjoy. You run, climb, crawl in the mud, do handstands… experience a unique experience of overcoming yourself. Experience the feeling of victory when you get the Tvrďák Slovakia medal around your neck.

You can race competitively – time is measured, you go through all the obstacles, or non-competitively – time is not measured, you can skip the obstacles. You can race solo or in a team where you help each other.

During the race, there are strength competitions called Tvrdé Hry, you can join in or cheer. When you finish, you can have a snack, there is a mega swimming pool and a restaurant in the area. What more could you want?
